Integration Healing Yoga believes in the power of artmaking and creative self-expression as a pathway of self-knowing, wholeness and healing. We use the arts as a safe container to help resolve the unresolved and to learn about ourselves from ourselves. In a group setting we use evidence-based programming to benefit participants by reducing feelings of isolation, improving mood, increasing self-esteem and feelings of self-mastery.
