Community Classes

At Integration Healing Yoga we aim to heal, uplift and inspire. Community yoga classes are offered in an intimate group setting or surrounded by visual art in our very own gallery. We focus on using breath, movement, mindfulness, and creative self-expression techniques to empower individuals to discover their highest potential through self-exploration, self-healing and embodiment through community.

NEW! Yoga for Mobility

Mondays 10:30-11:30am

Begins 3/6/23. Are you new to yoga or has it been a while since your last practice? Are you noticing changes in the way you move or balance that impact your ability to do what you love? Begin your week with Yoga for Mobility, where we focus on strengthening the connection between our mind and body while honing in on poses that strengthen the muscles we need to balance, reach, and bend. This class will involve a combination of yoga with a chair, and slow flowing movements on our mats.  No yoga experience required. Yoga mat rental included class price. Pre-registration required. 

Yoga for Self-Care

Mondays 4:30-5:30pm

Prioritize you! Yoga for Self-Care emphasizes stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (our ability to rest and digest) through breathwork, gentle movement, somatic experiencing, rest, for self-regulation and restoration. This class is designed for those susceptible to burnout, especially educators, healthcare workers, and care providers. Those with physical limitations are offered customized modifications and are encouraged to attend. This yoga class is held in an intimate setting and is limited to 8 people. Pre-registration required.

Hybrid Kundalini Yoga 

Mondays 6:00-7:00pm

Come in person or attend virtually! Kundalini Yoga is one of the oldest forms of yoga. It blends breathwork, movement, stretching, meditation, and mantra through Kriya yoga. Kundalini Yoga is an effective form of self-psychotherapy which supports the nervous system and our physical/mental/emotional wellness. This breath-driven practice harnesses the bio-energy of our being to work on every system and cell of our body.. This yoga class is held in an intimate setting and is limited to 8 people in person but limitless for our virtual participants. Beginners are encouraged!

NEW! Movement and Meditation 

Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm

Begins 2/21/23. Movement & Meditation is a yoga class that offers approximately 30 minutes of gentle yoga asana with 30 minutes of guided meditation. Guided breathwork is offered throughout class. In class, students will be encouraged to focus inward on the felt-sense of the body, notice the condition of the mind, and to breathe through the experiences. Both movement and meditation are supportive of a strong, flexible body and calm, open mind.  All levels of meditation and asana practitioners are welcome.  Mat rental is included in class price. Pre-Registration required.
