HALEY FUHR

Haley Fuhr graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neurobiology in 2019. After completing her degree, she worked in various roles within the mental health field including working as a psychiatric care technician and a case manager.

In 2020, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Madison, WI. She began practicing yoga as part of her journey to find space and relief with her own mental health symptoms. Her yoga practices with herself and others involve using breath, alignment, and movement to explore our bodies and move in a way that feels good. She likes to incorporate mindful breathing exercises and find ways that yoga exists outside of our practices on the mat.

Since receiving her certification, she has taught yoga in a rock climbing gym, a sports club, and several community spaces. She continues to learn from other teachers and has been exploring Iyengar yoga since moving to Milwaukee. Haley started her Master’s in Art Therapy in the fall of 2021, and is looking forward to bridging her knowledge of art as therapy with the benefits of yoga. She is passionate about making the mental health care field equitable and accessible for all people, and using yoga and mindfulness as a tool to help others achieve their goals.

When not making art or doing yoga, you can find Haley spending time with her two cats, working with clay, and exploring Milwaukee.

BETHANY ZEBELL

Bethany offers both energetic and chill classes with many opportunities to explore postures in your own body, in your own way. Her classes seek to give the student what they individually need most - energy, balance, grounding, strength, movement, stability, rest, release, or deep stretch. Modifications are always welcome. Breath work, focus, attention, contemplation, and meditation are also offered. The goal is to explore the mind/body connection, have fun with practice, and enjoy community. Bethany has studied yoga with Yoga Project in Texas, Healium Hot Yoga in Wisconsin, School of Positive Positive Transformation, and Shambhala. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and a certified meditation teacher.
