ABOUT Integration Healing Yoga

Integration Healing Yoga is a holistic, bilingual, goal-oriented yoga studio and a leader in behavioral health services in Milwaukee. Located in the heart of Milwaukee's 3rd Ward, our services utilize modalities of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and art that are incorporated and catered to both individual and group sessions.

We currently partner with the Milwaukee Behavioral Health Division and other institutions in Milwaukee which aim to promote equity, inclusion, mental health and wellness treatment for the Milwaukee community through non-traditional evidence-based services.

At Integration Healing we believe that each of us have the ability to cultivate the skills to move towards deeper well-being; physically, mentally, and emotionally through the traditions of yoga, mindfulness and creative practices.

At Integration Healing . . .

. . . we aim to heal, uplift and inspire. We believe that we have the ability to cultivate the skills to move towards deeper well-being; physically, mentally, and emotionally through the traditions of yoga, mindfulness and creative practices. Our intention is to provide a safe, nurturing, and accessible environment that allows participants to come home to themselves.

. . . we believe that our path to wholeness is a quest for authentic self-expression. This time of great uncertainty provides us all with an opportunity to prioritize our own healing and self-growth. Changing the world begins with the commitment to healing ourselves. We have the capacity to develop tools to navigate our lives, make healthy choices, and be the highest version of ourselves. Creating art and practicing yoga are two ancient healing modalities that are holistic ways of connecting to ourselves, our communities, and the world at large.

. . . we guide people on their journey inwards through self-expression and self-actualization through pathways of art therapy, psychotherapy, yoga, mindfulness and meditation.

. . . we promote equity, inclusion, and access to taking healing into our own hands through  ancient modalities in a non-traditional clinical setting that are brave spaces for our communities.
