Join sound guide and Reiki Master Mary Frances for a deeply restorative sound bath in the mystical Catacombs of Neto. Aligned with the potent energy of mid-July and just days after Guru Purnima (July 9th) , this 90-minute journey invites inner alignment and renewal through sound, breath, and intention.

You'll experience:

• Guided breathwork & light movement

• Immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs & chimes

• Elemental sound healing (fire, earth, air, water & space)

• Integration of seasonal Vedic wisdom

• Gentle meditation and reflection

How to Prepare:
Get comfy and relax—just lie down and let the sounds do their work. Think of it as a meditative nap. Bring:

• Yoga mat or surface to lie on

• Blanket, pillow & eye covering

• Water & any comfort items

• Optional: earplugs for sound sensitivity

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Mary Frances is a multi-dimensional healing practitioner based in Milwaukee, bringing together sound therapy, energy work, and ancient wisdom traditions. A Registered Yoga Teacher since 2011 and a Usui/Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master Practitioner since 2019, Mary specializes in immersive sound bath experiences that incorporate crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to create profound states of relaxation and renewal. Her sessions are uniquely enhanced by her study of Jyotish (Vedic astrology) through a traditional lineage practice since 2017, allowing her to weave celestial timing and ancient energetic principles into her healing work. As a trained Peer Supporter for the State of Wisconsin, Mary approaches each session with compassion and presence, creating a safe container for deep transformation. Her integrative approach helps participants release tension, restore balance, and connect with their inner wisdom.
